Do you ever wonder how you can keep going when it feels like you’re going nowhere? Or what to do on those days where life seems to have no point? There seems to be an empty space inside your heart that never seems to fill. You’re losing hope, you’re losing your direction, you’re losing yourself.

And no matter how hard you try, you can never move forward. You’re stuck with so many questions,

Why I had to lose my job in this time of pandemic?
Why, after all these years of working so hard, I can’t even get a promotion?
Why the person I fought so hard to be the right one, just left me all alone?
Why am I still single?
Why did I fail?
Why can’t I graduate on time?
Why am I not happy?
Why there is so much pain?

And maybe this is your biggest why,

“Why things keep on falling apart when I already gave and sacrificed everything?”

You questioned God with all your trials and circumstances. You ask Him why did He let you go through so much pain and suffering. Why the wait had to be this long. You feel betrayed because you’ve been good and obedient, but it seems like God abandoned you, like He forgot about you.

But the truth is, God is not done with you.

Everything that has happened in your life, all the long waiting, all the pains, all the rejections, all of these were planned, carefully written in God’s blueprint of your life.

He allows you to experience all the struggles and pains for you to be stronger and wiser. He allows you to fall down so that you can pick yourself up from the ground and stand up again with a better outlook in life.

We may not fully understand His ways, but God uses our situations in order for us to trust Him more and for us to realize that it is He that we really need in our lives. He let us go through those challenges so that we can fully let ourselves rely on Him.

God loves us so much that He have already plotted a wonderful story for all of us. Every season of our lives, be it a joyous or difficult chapter, is our stepping stone towards the beautiful life He has always prepared. Our struggles are not the endgame, but rather His redirection. Remember all those years you thought you’ll never survive? Here you are, still fighting through God’s grace. He didn’t bring you this far to leave you. He’s going to finish what He started on you.

Your breakthrough is coming.
You will meet the right person.
You will discover yourself once again.
You will find joy and peace.
You will overcome.

Because Grace knows your name and He is not done with you.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

-Jeremiah 29:11
